Indexing Starwheel Labeling System

As with all of our open framed labeling systems, this machine is designed to easily integrate with an existing conveyor line. The machine comes complete with all required electronic controls. As a product enters the starwheel it is detected, causing the starwheel to index. After the product is indexed to the labeling station, the tamp pad extends (from the bottom) and applies the label to the bottom of the product. The indexing of the starwheel is PLC driven to control the flow of the products and eliminate the possibility of a jam.
