Top Panel Labeling System

Our Top Panel Labeling System is designed to decorate a wide variety of products. This equipment is normally supplied with a high grip textured belt conveyor that is offered in many different widths and lengths. For special applications, a cleated conveyor is also available. Either an apply only or print and apply applicator may be integrated with the conveyor.  Please contact us for more details and available options.

Standard Features

• Series 4 Stepper driven, microprocessor controlled labeling head.
• Four foot long by four inch wide textured belt variable speed conveyor. Longer conveyor lengths and wider widths are available.
• Main electronics enclosure to include speed control, latching start button and emergency stop button.
• Adjustable guide rails.  The guide rail holders have a “toolless” locking knob allowing for simple product changeover.  The surfaces of the rails are made from a low friction, non-marring material.

 Available Options

• Clear label sensors to allow the use of transparent labels on a clear liner.
• Hot stamp date / lot coders.
• Larger web width kits and larger diameter unwind kits are available.
• Inspection devices such as barcode readersandvision systems.
