Accutrak Single Side Panel

Our Single Panel platform is extremely versatile.  We use it as a starting point for many of our High Speed Beverage Labeling Systems as well as our Three and Four Panel Labeling Systems.  The Single Panel System includes a product conveyor, a top stabilizer, and a label applicator.  Additional features such as infeed timing screws, wrap stations, and inspections systems are available as options. 

The photo shown is of a High Speed Beverage Labeler with infeed product orienting.  The container is oriented and spaced in the infeed timing screw.  Once properly aligned the bottle is captured by the top stabilizer and held in place during label application.  The product shown is round and required a wrap station to finish the label after it’s applied.
